"Understanding Farming"

Germany, the land of engineering ingenuity and industry, has at the same time always remained a country with a strong agricultural sector. Cover Brochure Empowering Agriculture for Global Food and Nutrition Security - The 15th anniversary of the Bilateral Trust Fund with FAO.

Fifteen years ago, the Bilateral Trust Fund (BTF) was founded with the aim of launching beacon projects to move forward innovative strategies for improving food security and for fighting undernutrition and malnutrition internationally, supra-regionally and in partner countries.
This brochure, marking the BTF‘s 15th anniversary, is the first in a series of publications that we will be publishing to set out our previous track record, our current engagement and our future tasks, for we will continue in the years to come to strongly support and promote the worldwide realisation of the human Right to Food.
